Pick-up and luggage service
Zermatt is a car-free village. You can get there by train or taxi from Täsch. Please call us on +41 76 530 64 56 when you are on your way to Zermatt so that we can order the electric taxi for you. This will pick you up at the train station or taxi terminal in Zermatt and take you to Chalet Z’Wichjehues.
Use of the washing machine
On request, you can do your own laundry free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are available.
Firewood
For the fireplace we provide you with as much firewood as you need. A basket filled with wood, paper and kindling cubes is available next to the fireplace/Guseis stove upon your arrival.
Internet
Whether for entertainment or business: You have free internet access throughout your stay. You can also enjoy Swisscom TV free of charge via the television.
Shopping service
If you want to find a full fridge when you arrive, we will be happy to take care of that for you. Please let us know your shopping list before arrival.
Luggage deposit
Are you arriving early or do you want to enjoy the last day of your holiday on the slopes? You are welcome to store your luggage with us in the entrance area.
Additional bed
We are happy to provide an extra bed on request for a fee.
